Fraud Prevention Policy
At Hustle Hard Resellz, we are committed to protecting our customers, our business, and the integrity of every transaction placed through our store.
To help prevent unauthorized purchases, stolen payment methods, and fraudulent activity, all orders are subject to review through our payment processor’s fraud analysis system.
Orders flagged as high-risk, elevated-risk, or suspicious may be canceled immediately. We reserve the right to decline payment, cancel fulfillment, refund transactions, request additional verification, or refuse future transactions associated with suspicious activity.
Orders may be flagged for reasons including mismatched billing and shipping information, unusual purchasing behavior, suspicious IP activity, multiple failed payment attempts, inconsistent customer details, or other fraud indicators identified by our systems.
If payment has already been captured on an order later determined to be high-risk, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method according to your provider’s processing times.
These measures are in place to protect both our business and legitimate customers from unauthorized or fraudulent purchases.
